By creating an account or using the PxFox platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PxFox.

2. Service Description and Property Image Ethics

PxFox provides specialized editing tools for property and real estate photography. User Responsibility: You warrant that you have the legal right or permission to edit and distribute any images you upload to our platform. Ethical Use: You agree not to use PxFox to create misleading property representations that could constitute real estate fraud or violate local advertising laws (e.g., removing permanent structural defects). PxFox is a tool for aesthetic enhancement, not for deceptive manipulation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All financial transactions are conducted through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your account dashboard or by contacting Lemon Squeezy support. PxFox reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all copyrights to the images you upload and the resulting edited output. PxFox claims no ownership over your assets. Our Content: The PxFox platform, including its code, interface, AI models, and branding, is the exclusive property of PxFox and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

PxFox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of automated edits. In no event shall PxFox be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the service or the inability to use it.

6. Governing Law and Disputes
