1. Digital Nature of Services
PxFox provides digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and professional image processing. Due to the immediate delivery of resources (AI processing, server bandwidth, and downloadable assets), we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been utilized or credits have been consumed.
2. 14-Day Refund Eligibility
We value customer satisfaction. You are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase under the following conditions: 1) You have not used the service for more than 3 image edits; 2) You encountered a persistent technical failure that our support team could not resolve; or 3) You were charged in error. This window is designed to comply with international consumer protection standards.
3. Lemon Squeezy Transaction Handling
As our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. When a refund is approved by PxFox, we will instruct Lemon Squeezy to return the funds to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our direct control.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". You must include: Your account email; Your Lemon Squeezy Order ID; and a brief explanation of the reason for the request. Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days.
5. Abuse of Policy
PxFox reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who demonstrate a pattern of policy abuse (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds after downloading edited assets). In such cases, the account may be subject to permanent suspension.
